![]() Yet, look at his body distorted by hatred and rage. If mortals have capacity for wisdom, why do they so often fail? If gods see their actions as wicked, why do they tolerate and forgive? How can gods and mortals seem so different and so alike? What is the point of it all? Zamasu seeks beauty. (.) He is obsessed, fixated, on the contradiction of gods and mortals. It's the physical embodiment of what he feels within. Super Buu takes on a "giant" form while battling Goku inside his own body, though he is not actually a real giant, he is just larger than anyone inside him. Hatchiyack takes on a giant form in one of the ending scenarios of Dragon Ball Z Side Story: True Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans - Space Saga, however, he is defeated when Goku flies inside him and destroys his core with a Kamehameha.Īlthough not a true giant form, the Legendary Super Saiyan form is similar in nature to those forms due to the user having a significantly increased height in addition to bulking up. This technique differs from characters who are naturally gigantic, such as Agnilasa and Janemba.Īnnin takes on a Giant Form when she battles against Goku. This can be achieved by various means, including the traditional method of the user enlarging themselves, or by using ki to generate a larger, separate avatar to fight with. I'm fine with Zeno killing Zamasu, but not after the spirit sword shit, multiple characters finishing of Zamasu in different instances is retarded and gay.The transformation causes the user to activate a form of enormous proportions, reaching a much larger size and increasing their power by an unspecified multiple. They do the spirit sword shit for Trunks so that he, rightfully, could be the one to end the person who caused them so much pain, just like in the cell arc, but then they backtrack on it and have Zeno kill Zamasu instead. A.K.A more fanservice shit that only makes the story more bloated and worse. Vegito was pointless in this shit arc, he literally only shows up to show up. What did Gohan die for? What did ANY of them die for if it was all just going to be destroyed? Now if that IS the point of your ending, the point IS to make your audience feel like shit and like all the struggles of the characters were for nothing, then yes, that still is a good and well-written ending for your story, but shit like this? Where everything is just wiped away and the characters are all like: "Haha, guess we'll go to another alternate future!" Nah, fuck that. This is like Han Solo dying in TFA, this is like Han and Leia being divorced and bitter in TFA, this shit is like the HIMYM ending, this is like the fucking MERLIN ending, this is like the DBZ ending! A story has to MEAN something by the end of it, the conflict, the pain, the struggles of all the characters should MEAN something by the end. But super wants to rehash shit for nostalgia and fanservice so instead Future Trunks' world is destroyed again, Bulma is killed this time, and their entire reality is destroyed. After years and years of oppression by androids, they finally triumphed and could finally after so much torment get society back on track and rebuild, looking towards the future with a hopeful light in their eyes. The cell arc ended on a hopeful note for Trunks and humanity. It invalidated EVERYTHING future trunks fought for in Z. Instead of wishing yourself stronger you instead decide to steal his fucking body like some sort of creepy stalker. Imagine being so much of a little bitch that when you lose to Goku, you cheat and use a dragon ball to become him instead, because you can't win on your own. ![]() ![]() Frieza did the whole: "dignified and measured when things go his way but indignant and wrathful when things don't go his way." He even did "whiny little bitch" better than Zamasu. He's a villain that's annoying not a villain that you love to hate. He comes off more like a whiny little bitch than a deviant deity disgusted with all mortals. Combine that with his personality which is essentially: "REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" and it produces one of the most unpleasant characters to watch on screen. Japan, how many times in how many different works can you kill a "god" who hates humans before you're bored with it? Or even just killing "god" at all, I know Iyeasu is the reason this hate boner towards higher powers exists, but this shit is gettin old. He is literally no different that any other evil deity in japanese media, I've seen this character in every RPG, in every anime, and in every manga and the trope gets worse every time I see it. ![]()
